Repointing antena adalah menentukan arah antena ke satelit yang dituju dengan referensi dari outroute.
Lalu menggunakan Voltmeter (DC) untuk mencari nilai yang paling kecil
agar mendapatkan sinyal yang paling besar.

Parameter ‘Inroute Operational Mode’ harus tertulis Installation untuk pointing antena.
Pasang Avometer atau VoltDc pada test point AGC di RF Unit,
perhatikan tegangan AGC yang didapat.
Bila sebelumnya sudah disesuaikan dengan hasil perhitungan yang dilakukan oleh programLatlong Calculator,
kemungkinan besar AGC sudah didapat sekitar 3 Volt DC.
Tetapi bila hal itu belum dilakukan kemungkinan besar Voltmeter akan menunjukan sekitar 6 sampai 9 Volt DC.
Refine azimuth dengan cara merubah arah kekiri dan kekanan,
pastikan sampai didapat nilai AGC yang terkecil (nilai AGC rata–rata sekitar 1,2 s/d 1,9 Volt DC).
Setelah itu lakukan perubahan pada elevasi dengan cara menaikan atau menurunkan posisi reflektor antena,
lakukan perubahan–perubahan tersebut sampai didapat nilai AGC yang paling kecil.
Setelah itu lakukan perubahan sedikit demi sedikit di feedhorn sampai didapat hasil AGC yang lebih kecil lagi,
bila tidak ada perubahan kembalikan posisi feedhorn pada posisi hasil perhitungan sebelumnya.
Lakukan monitor hasil Pointing dengan melihat menu dibawah ini,
